Help Identify this Apple Variety

This apple is not quite ripe yet, so we may begin to see more russetting nearer the end of the month. Likely planted around the turn of the last century. May be an English variety.

  1. You’re certain its a grafted variety and not a seedling? Its so hard to ID old cultivars but one person who is great is John Bunker of Fedco…if you’re really wanting to find out I’d contact him w/ photos or send him fruit samples. Good Luck!!
